Jos\u00e9 Antonio Padilla Reyes \u00e9 um naturalista experiente e guia especialista em observa\u00e7\u00e3o de aves, com mais de duas d\u00e9cadas de atua\u00e7\u00e3o na Am\u00e9rica do Sul. Nascido em Lima, Peru, iniciou sua carreira no ecoturismo aos 21 anos na Reserva Nacional de Tambopata, no cora\u00e7\u00e3o da Amaz\u00f4nia peruana. Desde ent\u00e3o, liderou expedi\u00e7\u00f5es de birdwatching e fotografia da vida selvagem no Peru, Bol\u00edvia, Brasil, Col\u00f4mbia e Equador.\nFluente em espanhol, ingl\u00eas e portugu\u00eas, Jos\u00e9 Antonio combina profundo conhecimento regional com uma grande paix\u00e3o pela biodiversidade avi\u00e1ria. Sua trajet\u00f3ria inclui trabalhos como guia em destinos de renome mundial, como o Parque Nacional do Manu, os alagados do Pantanal e o Cristalino Lodge, no Brasil. Ele j\u00e1 colaborou com empresas internacionais como Naturetrek Wildlife Holidays (Reino Unido), Partnership International Birding e BirdSightings Peru.\nAtualmente reside em Cusco, Peru, com sua fam\u00edlia, e continua conduzindo expedi\u00e7\u00f5es imersivas de observa\u00e7\u00e3o de aves e fotografia, com forte foco em conserva\u00e7\u00e3o, por toda a regi\u00e3o neotropical.<\/p>
