Esta falta de visi\u00f3n sist\u00e9mica genera un desequilibrio entre las regiones, haciendo que Lima aparezca como la \u00fanica \u00e1rea con servicios p\u00fablicos aceptables \u2014aunque no siempre de alta calidad\u2014 y servicios privados diferenciados con acceso limitado.<\/p><p data-start=\"2242\" data-end=\"2419\">Casi el 40% de los 33 millones de habitantes del pa\u00eds viven en Lima, lo que limita la presencia del Estado en zonas m\u00e1s remotas y, en consecuencia, afecta la productividad en otras regiones.<\/p><p data-start=\"2421\" data-end=\"2832\">Como profesionales, esto nos obliga a analizar con cuidado cada propuesta del Estado peruano. Por ejemplo, hemos seguido de cerca las \u201cZonas Econ\u00f3micas y Comerciales del Per\u00fa \u2013 ZEE\u201d (Ministerio de Comercio Exterior y Turismo), que buscan funcionar como corredores protegidos para la actividad econ\u00f3mica. Nuestro compromiso como empresa es mapear las acciones de todos los actores para ofrecer de manera consistente el mejor servicio posible.<\/p><p data-start=\"2834\" data-end=\"3047\">Los que amamos Per\u00fa estaremos siempre listos \u2014con dedicaci\u00f3n y cuidado\u2014 para recibir visitantes y mostrar nuestro pa\u00eds de la mejor manera posible. However, many political decisions are made without comprehensive analysis, such as a PESTE analysis (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, and Environmental). This lack of systemic vision creates an imbalance between regions, making Lima appear as the only area with acceptable public services \u2014though not always of high quality\u2014 and differentiated private services with limited access. Nearly 40% of the country\u2019s 33 million inhabitants live in Lima, limiting the State\u2019s presence in more remote areas and, consequently, affecting productivity in other regions. As professionals, this compels us to carefully analyze every proposal from the Peruvian state. For example, we have closely followed the \u201cPeru Economic and Commercial Zones \u2013 ZEE\u201d (Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism), which aim to function as protected corridors for economic activity. Our commitment as a company is to map the actions of all stakeholders to consistently provide the best possible service. Those of us who love Peru will always be ready \u2014with dedication and care\u2014 to welcome visitors and showcase our country in the best possible way.
