Aunque no tiene salida al mar, ofrece contrastes sorprendentes: desde los picos nevados de los Andes y el vasto altiplano azotado por el viento, hasta f\u00e9rtiles valles, frondosos bosques nublados de los Yungas y las remotas tierras bajas de Santa Cruz.<\/p><p>Con m\u00e1s de 1,300 especies de aves registradas, Bolivia alberga m\u00e1s del 40% de la avifauna del continente.
