Arrival at Guarulhos International Airport and transfer (approx. 6h30m) to Serra da Canastra National Park. 

Full days of birdwatching in the park. Possible highlights include Cock-tailed Tyrant, Brazilian Merganser, Sharp-tailed Tyrant, Crested Black-Tyrant, Blue Finch, and White-rumped Tanager.

After breakfast, we leave for Intervales State Park. (6h15m).

Three days of birding in pristine forest. Target species: Spot-winged Wood-Quail, Black-fronted Piping-Guan, Hooded Berryeater, Red-ruffed Fruitcrow, Dusky-throated Hermit, and Oustalet's Tyrannulet.

After breakfast, we leave for Itatiaia National Park. (6h15m).

Two days birding in Itatiaia. Key species: Green-headed Tanager, Magpie Tanager, Brazilian Ruby, Sayaca Tanager, Gray-headed Tody-Flycatcher, Red-rumped Cacique, Violet-capped Woodnymph, Blue Dacnis, Green-crowned Plovercrest , Swallow-tailed Manakin.

Afternoon of Day 11 transfer to Ubatuba (3h10m).

Arrive late Day 11. Full day birding in Ubatuba: Red-necked Tanager, Festive Coquette, Black-throated Mango, Saw-billed Hermit, Violaceous Euphonia, White-chinned Sapphire , White-bearded Manakin, Pin-tailed Manakin, Green Honeycreeper, Chestnut-bellied Euphonia.

Check in after breakfast and transfer to GRU Airport Guarulhos SP (2h30m).
